document according to and in consequence of article 13 of the
Italian law enacted June 30, 2003, n.196. 2003

As
enacted by Italian law, n. 196, June 30, 2003, we provide you
with the information related to the purposes and methods of handling
your personal data, as well as the communication and circulation
limits of the same, and the nature of the data we own and how
it is bestowed.
Purposes of the handling:
Your personal data will be used in the forwarding
of invitations and information related to our events, services,
and research.
Methods
of the handling:
The handling will be managed with the means
and information systems at our disposal, which will be adapted
to the security measures as enacted by Italian law, n. 196, June
30, 2003; this data will be handled only by persons suitably charged
from our Group. In particular, the handling will be managed by
the RBDD, and within our overseas subsidiaries, staff at our administrative
department, and technical personnel. We inform you that your personal
data will be constantly updated in our database with the data
you communicate to us.
Communication and circulation limits of the data
we own:
Your data will be kept safely within our company
and will be accessed only by those responsible for it. The data
will not be communicated to third parties or to external organizations.

RBDD came into possession of your personal
data as previously made available to us by you.
Nature of the provision:
Provision of the data put at our disposal
is at your discretion. If you do not wish to receive further communications,
then please inform us in writing by sending an email to join@rbdd.org.
If you request the removal of data that we use to send you invitations
and information on our studies, you will lose the opportunities
derived from the updating of our future activities. You will have
access at any time to the data we own about you and you can request
us to update, modify, integrate, or cancel information in our
database related to you. If we do not receive a reply from you
on this issue, we will continue to send you communications related
to our initiatives.
